Balance and simplicity are at the heart of good residential design, but the process begins with helping clients interpret their needs. The ability to translate those needs into living space that achieves harmony and beauty—space that also promotes well being and manifests dreams—is a critical factor, and one that sets us apart. Using proportion as a guiding principle and respect for function as a mandate, our goal is to establish a relationship between space and spirituality. We believe that the use of quality materials is essential and that the end result will embody the concept of warm minimalism, with strong visual and tactile appeal. Call it wow+zen. After two decades our two story, 3700 sq. ft. penthouse in Coal Harbour was feeling tired.
